Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the RecruSoftPro platform, accessible in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, intended for recruitment professionals.

2. Access to Service

Access to RecruSoftPro is restricted to client organizations with a valid subscription. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform according to its intended purpose (recruitment management)
• Not share their credentials with third parties
• Respect the confidentiality of candidate data
• Not attempt to bypass security mechanisms

4. Data and Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you accept this policy.

5. Service Availability

RecruSoftPro is committed to maintaining optimal service availability. Planned interruptions for maintenance may occur and will be notified in advance.

6. Termination

Any subscription can be terminated at the end of the current billing period. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination before being permanently deleted.

7. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by the law in force in the country where RecruSoftPro is headquartered. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
